Every horror website has been telling you for weeks now- the Screamfest Horror Film Festival is the largest, most bad ass horror festival in the Nation. Did you not believe us or what? Read on to check out photos from the World Premiere of David Arquette's The Tripper, which just kicked off 10 straight days of terror at the Manns Chinese Theaters in Hollywood, CA. On hand were Paris Hilton, Courteney Cox, Paul Reubens, Fred Durst and all of the Arquettes!
