David Arquette's directorial debut, The Tripper, is set to make its World Premiere on Friday, October 13th as part of this year's Screamfest Horror Film Festival and to celebrate the occasion we've scored an exclusive one-on-one interview with the star of Scream! Although the interview won't be prepped for another few days, we did pull out a few juicy scoops, including David's desire for a Scream 4. Read on to see what we learned.

There were a few people asking about the "Jelly Beans" in the photo of Thomas Jane in THE TRIPPER, we asked David why it was so significant. He explained to us that the jelly beans are the killer's "calling card."
He also explains that "The Tripper" is more like "Behind the Mask" as far as being comedic - more funny than scary but NOT a spoof. It is also a tribute to '70s slasher movies.
Rumors of a SCREAM 4 have been flying around forever now, he tells us that he and Courteney REALLY want to do a "Scream 4" but there has been no talk yet.
