Today we posted Dan Chant's (our new UK stringer) review of Christopher (Creep) Smith's second horror pic, Severance, which he writes "Ricocheting from laugh-out-loud humor to heart-pounding scares Severance belongs between genres, neither a fully-fledged comedy nor horror it sits somewhere between the two... arguably one the best British horror films of recent memory." In the pic, an international arms dealer rewards his six-member sales division of corporate execs with a weekend team-building retreat in the mountains of Eastern Europe, where they encounter a renegade war-crazed soldier seeking revenge.
