We broke the news here last week that Raimi's Ghost House Pictures had recently wrapped reshoots for the Pang brothers' The Messengers, which is aiming at a January 19th release. However, another director shot the new footage, which we were told Raimi and co. are very happy with. Today we discovered that the official website has gone live, and a first look at the teaser poster has hit the web as well. Read on to take a look. Written by Stuart Beattie ("Collateral") from an original script by Todd Farmer ("Jason X"), "The Messengers" is a horror tale that follows the lives of a family moving into a run-down sunflower farm. As the farm begins to revive after years of disrepair, the family begins to notice uncomfortable and alarming changes in their father's behavior.
