Today Hatchet (review) announced the brand new official website for the film. On the site you can now download the posters, hear sound bytes from the film, read the reviews, watch for hidden glimpses of Victor Crowley, and check out a re-release of the original mock trailer which first debuted online over 2 years ago. The trailer was made in an attempt to put the project together and raise the funding. Now, to celebrate the fact that it actually worked and the movie is finished, we have re-cut it with images from the actual finished film! Director Adam Green tells B-D, "The old site was launched a full year before we even went into production. It always felt to me that it was more about a movie that we were going to make... so now, 2 years later and at the finish line... we wanted to re-design it to be about the movie that we did make. In fact, our last day of shooting was a year ago today. Look how far we've come." Coming soon to the site will be games involving Victor Crowley, clips from the film, and of course... news about when you will be seeing it. Stay tuned.
