I thought it was an April Fool's Day joke until someone tipped me off to the official website for Sony Screen Gems' The Grudge 2, which is now hitting theaters October 13th. Inside you can check out the teaser image I was sent the other day, which is part of the website's basic launch. Being directed once again by creator Takashi Shimizu, the sequel to the $100 million smash hit is now filming in Japan. The sequel, which stars Sarah Michelle Gellar, Amber Tamblyn, Arielle Kebbel, Teresa Palmer and Jennifer Beals, delves into the secrets behind the grudge's wrath and introduces a seemingly unrelated host of new characters who find themselves connected by the curse.
