Horror Making Some Late Summer Moves

Here's the weekend numbers from Box Office Mojo. Opening against two huge films, Eli Roths first film, Cabin Fever (review), opened in the number three spot pulling in an impressive 8.45 million. Jeepers Creepers 2 (review) dropped down to the number seven spot with 3 million for a three week total of 31.85 million. Freddy vs Jason (review) dropped to the number 12 spot with 1.25 million, for a five week total of 80.4 million. The Order (review) dropped all the way to the number 14 spot with a two week total of 6.8 million. It'll be interesting to see how the next month pans out with Underworld, Cold Creek Manor and Texas Chainsaw Massacre all coming out!
