The Devil's Rejects (review #1, #2) Rob Zombie's well-received sequel to House of 1000 Corpses, hits DVD on November 8th with many questions still looming in the air- specifically, will we see the infamous Dr. Satan scene on the DVD? The quick answer is yes, but you should really hear just how bloody and amazing it is! Rejects stars Bill Moseley, Sid Haig, Sheri Moon, Michael Berryman, Ken Foree, Kane Hodder, Steve Railsback, Tyler Mane, P.J. Soles, Danny Trejo, Brian Posehn, Leslie Easterbrook, Daniel Roebuck, Duane Whitaker, Rosario Dawson, Ginger Lynn and Mary Woronov. Read on for the news...

B-D reader Bloody Justice writes in:

I don't know if this is old news or not, but I got hold of an early copy of the Devil's Rejects DVD today, and of course the very first thing I checked out was the deleted scenes, specifically for the Dr. Satan scene of course. Was it worth the wait? Damn straight! A nurse, played by Rosario Dawson, is checking on the good doctor's vitals when he reaches up and grabs her throat. As the cops try to pry him off, he pulls the entire thing out. Blood gushes everywhere. It's easily one of the bloodiest things I've seen in recent memory as by the time the scene is over her white nurse's uniform is soaked red from top to bottom. Other than that, the only other deleted scene worth mentioning was one featuring Otis and Candy negotiating the terms of their evening together. I've always wanted to hear a woman say, "May the force be with you, mother****er!"

You can call me Bloody Justice.
The sequel to 'House of 1000 Corpses' is set some months later with the Texas State Police making a full-scale attack against the murderous Firefly family residence for the 1,000+ murders and disappearances of the past several years. But three of the family members escape, including Otis, Baby Firefly and Baby's father Captain Spaulding. The evil trio go on a road trip, leaving dozens of mangled bodies in their wake. Evading a massive Texas Rangers dragnet as well as a group of equally murderous bounty hunters led by Ken Dwyer (the brother of a policeman Otis killed in 'House of...') who's obsessed with finding the deadly killers, the surviving Firefly clan gather at a run-down amusement park owned by Captain Spaulding's half-brother, Charlie Altamont, whom offers them shelter and a new base of operations for their killing spree as Sheriff Dwyer, the Texas Rangers, the FBI and others slowly close in.
