Kevin Costner has become known as "the hero" in all of his films. He always plays the lead role and always gets the bad guy- sometimes he even throws on green tights and steals from the poor- but not this time. According to Production Weekly, Costner will portray a serial killer in Bruce A. Evans' psychological thriller Mr. Brooks. Evans, who penned the script with Raynold Gideon, will direct the film on location in Portland, Oregon, beginning in April.
