Our good pal Dave Payne, writer/director of the excellent indie horror film Reeker (review), has just sold his film internationally, while still awaiting US distribution, according to Variety. Cinema Management Group has picked up the rights and will show their newly acquired film at the upcoming Toronto Film Festival on Sept. 10. In Reeker young strangers trapped at an eerie travel oasis in the desert must unravel the mystery behind their visions of dying people while they are preyed upon by a decaying creature.
