With the remake of The Amityville Horror being a little ways off, actually a long way off with an April 15, 2005 release date. It is nice to see pictures from the film, including the shot of the house which you can check out inside. The movie is based on Jay Anson's book. It purported that the residents of a tree-lined home in a Long Island suburb were terrorized by a haunted house. The home had been inhabited previously by a disturbed young man who murdered his family. Mr. D. was lucky enough to get a set visit and has some very nice reports up, if you want check out Part One, Part Two and Part Three then go right ahead, as they are some very good reads.
