Originally slated to premiere at the UK Film4 FrightFest this month, we scored the first ever image from Vertigo’s Guinea Pigs, the Ian Clark-directed horror starring Aneurin Barnard, Alex Reid, Amit Shah and Steve Evets.
Details have been very slim but the micro-budget film is described as an atmospheric horror about volunteers fighting for their lives after a drug trial goes wrong.
