TV: The First Eight Minutes of ‘Teen Wolf’ Enters ‘Ring Two’ Territory
Man, Scott (Tyler Posey) is such a pussy, and he sucks at lacrosse, at least that’s what the following footage implies in the first eight minutes clip from MTV’s forthcoming premiere episode of “Teen Wolf” (airing June 5). The quality of the show looked pretty good, at least until the crazed deer from The Ring Two show up. As a perfect metaphor for the rest of the footage, Scott tumbles down a hill. There’s a CGI wolf, and it’s hungry, so hungry that it just leaves a few bite marks in Scott’s gut — again, setting up a complete dismissal of the “coming-of-age” aspect in the original film. I don’t mean to be such a whiney uber-hater, but this show looks like crap. Disagree with me? Throw your insults below, I can take it (or can I?)
“Scott (Tyler Posey) was just a regular guy until one bite changed his life forever.
Now he struggles to understand who he is and what he might become. Is he more wolf than human – or is it the other way around? Whichever it is, it’s not going to be easy. Scott will try to control his urges, but mostly he’s scared that it’s his urges that could end up controlling him.
“Teen Wolf” is the story of Scott as he tries to walk the line between what he wants and what he can’t help from wanting. Will the bite end up being a gift? Or will it be a curse? And what will it all mean for his relationship with Allison (Crystal Reed) – the girl he can’t get enough of? Only time will tell if he should embrace his newfound powers or if he should fear them.”

It’s Official: Ryan Gosling Playing ‘Ghost Rider’ in MCU Movie Being Directed by Shawn Levy
Ryan Gosling (Project Hail Mary) has made no secret of the fact that he’d love to play Ghost Rider in a Marvel Cinematic Universe movie, and it’s now officially happening.
Announced by Marvel out of San Diego Comic-Con tonight, Ryan Gosling will play the iconic Marvel character in a Ghost Rider movie being directed by Shawn Levy!
Expect Ryan Gosling to play Ghost Rider on the big screen in 2028.
Johnny Blaze is of course the most iconic and well-known Ghost Rider, selling his soul to Satan and becoming a supernatural badass. Nicolas Cage brought Blaze to life on screen in both 2007’s Ghost Rider and 2011’s Ghost Rider: Spirit of Vengeance, while Gabriel Luna more recently played the Robbie Reyes version of Ghost Rider in the series “Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.”
Luna was set to star in his own Ghost Rider spinoff series in the wake of that small screen appearance, but that Hulu project ended up being squashed before it ever had a chance.
Fans have been waiting for Ghost Rider to join the Marvel Cinematic Universe for many years now, with Ryan Gosling making it clear that he’d love to bring the character back to life.
That Hollywood dream is coming true. Stay tuned for more as we learn it.
