Fourth ‘Battle: Los Angeles’ Clip Deployed for War
A fourth clip has been released from Columbia Pictures’ Battle: Los Angeles that deploys Aaron Eckhart and his team for a full-blown alien war.
In theaters March 11 from Texas Chainsaw Massacre: The Beginning director Jonathan Liebesman, the pic stars Aaron Eckhart, Michelle Rodriguez, Michael Pena, Bridget Moynahan, Adetokumboh M’Cormack, Ne-Yo, Ramon Rodriguez, Taylor Handley, Cory Hardrict, Jadin Gould, Bryce Cass, and Joey King.
“For years, there have been documented cases of UFO sightings around the world – Buenos Aires, Seoul, France, Germany, China. But in 2011, what were once just sightings will become a terrifying reality when Earth is attacked by unknown forces. As people everywhere watch the world’s great cities fall, Los Angeles becomes the last stand for mankind in a battle no one expected. It’s up to a Marine staff sergeant (Eckhart) and his new platoon to draw a line in the sand as they take on an enemy unlike any they’ve ever encountered before.”
An eccentric poodle breeder is the villain in the upcoming horror movie Breeder, and Variety reports that Independent Film Company and Shudder have acquired the film.
Breeder is the feature debut of director Alex Goyette.
Variety details, “The film is about an eccentric poodle breeder who lures a broke college student to her remote ranch with a promise of research funding.
“As he soon learns, there’s a catch.”
Daniel Doheny, Dot Marie Jones, Maddie Phillips, and Tanaya Beatty star.
Expect to see the release of Breeder in Fall 2026.
Breeder will first premiere at the Tribeca Film Festival this month.
“Independent Film Company and Shudder have always been a dream home for us,” Alex Goyette said in a statement. “We’re thrilled to partner with them to bring Breeder to audiences following its world premiere at Tribeca. As conversations around eugenics continue to resurface, our film confronts those ideas through the eyes of a deranged poodle breeder.”
