Bloody Disgusting just got the exclusive first look at the trailer for Jesse Kozel & Sage Hall's Candy, which stars Sage Hall, Jesse Kozel, Lance Lash, Korryn Hall-Day, Matt Walton.
The trailer for the StarFruit Productions and Bloody Unique Entertainment pic will debut at this weekend's Creation Weekend of Horrors event in Los Angeles.
"Think of Candy as Bewitched meets Hitchcock with a bit of Marylin Monroe thrown in for good measure," says Kozel.
"It is Halloween night and a few friends plan on staying in to avoid the normal ditching act of their friend Mark.
They think they'll have it easy this year. Beverages, Horror Movies & good friends for company, but they had no idea that Marks over bearing mother would be there.
She is the essence of perfection. Smiles, kindness and she knows her way around the kitchen. But there is something that's not quite right with her happy demeanor.
Can the group deal with her for an entire night? What happens when she does not get her way? Could this be the beginning of the end for the group of friends?"

Everyone has their opinion and rightfully so. But I would love to see your film? Plus, the idea that you would put down someones trailer and spelling things wrong while doing is quite hysterical and completely discredits your thoughts.

Haven't we been there, done that? A complete student film effort. The fact BD is evening reporting on this is a joke. And wow...the acting...there is a reason we haven't seen these people in anything nor will we ever. It is atrocious. Go back to school plays.
this looks awful. i very rarely say this. but if that movie can get made why in the hell can't I get a movie made? I shot stuff in high school that looked better, that was better written, and had better acting.
