I actually talked to Stacy Chbosky about just that Bigfoot. When the hell will the Poughkeepsie Tapes see the light of day? I talked to her about how I had seen it online and watched it there, and how much I wanted to see it get a theatrical run. She said to me that she has no idea if and when it will ever come out. She also said that the version that I had seen was a bit different from the final cut that they had put together. I hope you read this Mr. Disgusting, that we should all get together and start a rally to get that film released. We should start making some serious noise about it, cause from the version I saw it was one of the scariest things I have ever seen. Everything that has come out based in "reality" horror doesnt hold a candle to this film. If this got a theatrical run I know it would be huge, and I mean huge. So I say we start Mr. Disgusting lets make this happen.

This book was awesome. After I finished it, I actually thought about how badass a movie would be....now I'll find out. Don't fuck this up. Read the book, it's worth the time.

I've read the book and it's shit. Great premise, but the writer has soooo many 'asides' that it really saps the tension of the story. Ironic because I bought it because of its blurbs about how fast-paced it was... real cliche shit.

First, let me say how great the book was. It genuinely scared me. Am I excited for this movie? Most definitely. Will the movie be bad? Most likely. It seems near impossible to take the book and put it on film. It's going to be a train wreck.
