On February 26 Overture Films will release The Crazies, the highly anticipated remake of George A. Romero's politically charged horror thriller that revolved around the inhabitants of a small Kansas town who are beset by death and insanity after a plane crash lets loose a secret biological weapon into the water supply. This morning we got our grubby little mitts on the brand spanking new one sheet that teases "Fear Thy Neighbor," along with a giant pitchfork (watch the trailer to see what that's all about). Directed by Breck Eisner, Crazies stars Timothy Olyphant, Radha Mitchell, Joe Reegan, Danielle Panabaker, Joe Anderson and Justin Welborn.

I originally was cautious of this one because the original is one of my favorite horror films ever, but the trailer and the one sheets that have been released look pretty cool. I may just go see it. Sorry George, I usually boycott remakes of your films but come on, it looks badass. Now if they remake Creepshow, I will blow up the fucking earth. You can bet your old ass on it.
This one sheet is NOT interesting at all. Theres 2 legs, and a pitch fork. Wow how creative. What happend to GOOD posters that were FULL of detail? (examples- original NIGHTMARE ON ELM ST. ARMY OF DARKNESS, EVIL DEAD, FRIDAY THE 13TH, PHANTASM) FEAR THY NEIGHBOR is the only things this posters has going for it.

"I agree with the Creepshow statement however I would love a third installment."
You need to KEEP UP on your horror news...Creepshow 3 came out in 2006.
no offense george but i really didn't like the original. i saw the trailer and was like wow this movie looks pretty good. then it says the crazies and i was like wtf? i cannot believe it is the same movie.
I'm betting DBlock is aware of a third creepshow, but like any self respecting horror fan, chooses to ignore it. I dug the trailer and the first one sheet and this one is pretty great too. Looking forward to what is sure to be an interesting year in horror.
I want to see it....I dig it....I love the one sheet....ok....That all being said already, I will not bore you with another lie. Yes, the poster is OK, but let's face it....it is a remake of a Romero film. That automatically means a few things: different characters, different plot, different everything other than title. Basically, it will be just as bad as Last House, F13, H2, Dawn, Day, Night 90, etc....it will blow giant Savini balls.
