I know Sony Screen Gems isn't known for releasing all that great movies, but occasionally one slips through the cracks (Quarantine anyone?). I don't know what it is about Scott Stewart's Legion, but I'm intensely excited for it. Watching the trailer I know I'm not in for a mind-bender, but what it looks like it a cross between Matrix, Constantine and The Crow. Angles, demons, guns and a God who hates mankind. Bring on the blood and action, win-win for all I say. Anyways, Screen Gems released a few new images from the film starring Paul Bettany, Dennis Quaid and Tyrese Gibson, all of which can be viewed beyond the break. The battle begins on January 22, 2010.
"In the supernatural action thriller Legion, an out-of-the-way diner becomes the unlikely battleground for the survival of the human race. When God loses faith in Mankind, he sends his legion of angels to bring on the Apocalypse. Humanity's only hope lies in a group of strangers trapped in a desert diner and the Archangel Michael (Paul Bettany)."
That pic of the old lady reminds me of her in the trailer. I watched it online with my nephew a couple times and the old lady part just makes me howl with laughter. He couldn't understand what I found so funny.
Yet another "nutcracker mouth", awful CGI!!!
