I love The Blair Witch Project, its one of my top fav films of all time, a remake?, well i hope not yet, I agree with mr.classicmonster, its only been 10 years WTF?, this is just as ridiculous as when they said they was going to remake The Texas chainsaw massacre which was just made in 2003. i just hope its a good sequel this time and not a remake or a crappy unnecessary sequel like book of shadows BW2.

I don't believe this will be a remake or a sequel. I'm betting what it will really be is a lawsuit, preceded by a cease-and-desist order and followed by this film either being canceled or retitled and restructured. Doesn't sound like an "official" Blair Witch film at all, but rather some indie attempt at a send-up.

oh geez, i hated the blair witch project i feel asleep in the movie theatre while watching the first one, i didnt even bother with the sequel and if this is a remake, borrrring!!!!!

People its not a legit Sequel/Remake. It seems like some amature take on the film.

It's probably some no budget crap and the film makers are just using the title refference to attract attention to it until they're forced to change the title but by then the film will still have built up enough interest to make big money even with the new title.

Well if they do remake it, hopefully make it more scary. And lest about a bunch of people running around saying fuck and shaking the camera. LOL... add some gore, up the scares. And I'll be happy.
