AFM '09: A New Djinn Tale in 'Stranded'

Originally announced at last year's AFM here is Hugues Sandra Martin's Stranded, which was originally titled "Djinns". Now in post-production, the pic is similar in plot to Alex Turner and Simon Barrett's Red Sands, which recently arrives on DVD from Sony Home Entertainment. The monster film follows a platoon of French soldiers on a rescue mission in North Africa who confront invisible evil creatures known as "Djinns". Check out some new art below.

Like the creature design. The whole "Djinns" statement has me wanting to see Wishmaster again!
