Jeez we all know its not real...this aint gonna stop me from seeing this though.I think Ive been waighting for a film like this ever since the xfiles ended.

It would be spooky if shit like that did happen, but hollywood has no more ideas and since Paranormal Activity, we've been seeing alot more documentary style movies depicting "true" events, but we all know that they are fabricated. And, even if it was real families would be suing all over the place. And The studios can't have that, can they?

I saw this movie at Screamfest LA. Right when the first supposed "real" footage was shown, I knew right away that it was fake. I still liked the movie. Thought it was a good solid thriller.

Not surprised! I posted this news article on the Close Encounters thread, for it was in the Sac Bee here yesterday. What executives will do to market a movie. Oh wells $20,000 loss not a big deal to them!!

Really, honestly? Was there ever any doubt that it was fake? If anyone ever for a split second believed this was anything other than Hollywood magic, they need to crawl back under their rock.

wow XD i guess we give Alaska too much credit

i live in fairbanks and this is all over the paper. it only looks like that in southeast alaska. i 've lived in ketchikan, juneau and fairbanks. i plan to move to anchorage next summer. if you ever visit alaska- go to anchorage. the most beautiful parts are anchorage and south of anchorage.its like an arctic atlanta. you have little shopping choices elsewhere. at least anchorage does'nt feel like the boonies where you're lucky to have a walmart. it gets all texas flat in the interior- and i miss the bald eagles, orcas, bears, stellar jays,mountains, belugas etc. fairbanks kinda sucks. can't wait till spring to move. right now it's dark by 4 and in the teens. and i still have -40 degrees to look forward to. it'll get to a point where i only 3 hrs of cloudy sun a day. definately looking forward to anchorage!
