While HD Films is working hard to bring us an online Creepshow series (watch the entertaining first episode here), Bloody Disgusting learned that those SOBs at Taurus Entertainment are planning on making another crappy entry in the series, this time in 3D. No other details are know about Creepshow 3D, but this is now being sold instead of a fourth film. Creepshow first graced the screen in 1982 with George A. Romero behind the camera. It features various stories intertwined into one epic movie.
So wait... Creepshow 2, Creepshow 3, and Creepshow 3D? What happened to 3A and 3B? And where the hell did they find money to do another after that LAME third entry? Saying it sucked is raising it a notch above what it was worth...
dear god. creepshow 2 was the end. creepshow 3 was a couple guys bootlegging something and slapped a creepshow sticker on the front. jesus, i rented it and took it back 35 minutes later to get something else.
Was bad enough they made a creepshow 3 and now they are doing shit in 3d? I really wish we would hurry up and hit the point where studios start loosing money on 3d bullshit so they will stop doing it.
I gotta admit, I thought the 1st episode of Creepshow raw was very good, but the only way they sould even think of making a new feature is to grt George Romero and Stephen King back together with Tom Savini, thats the only way to make up for Creepshow III...
'The Raft' in creepshow 2 still has to be the most memorable story to me hehe. Creepshow one was better overall though. Anyways, i actually watched the 3rd and like many are saying it's insanley horrible....Will not be checking this new one out.
I get why you would want to do Hellraiser in 3-d hell would look fucking sweet. A movie like this though and half the other horror films they are doing in 3-d just seems so money drivin and not in a good way.
does anyone know what the deal here is? I think Romeros old producer Richard Rubenstein has a hand in Taurus cause they also put out the gawd awful Day of the Dead 2: Contagion, im pretty sure.
DreamWave - good call on the raft man...that one is awesome. have to say that the lonesome death of jordy verrill is my favorite creepshow story though.
ok i think i get it Taurus Entertainment is making this
and Warner Bros. Pictures Is making Creepshow 4
wow this is a good time for creep show fans 2 new movies and a web series!
