In my humble opinion, Conor McMahon's 2004 Irish zombie pic Dead Meat was awesome, and I've since been waiting for him to make a big return to horror. While I wouldn't call tis "big", his latest The Disturbed, does look pretty interesting. We caught wind of the project on the floors of AFM this morning and now have for you not only the sales art, but also the first trailer! Get all the goodies inside!
"Clyde and Jed are two typical best buddies. They hang out, talk movies, pig out on junk food and then entertain their other common hobby; terrorizing and killing young girls on camera. Their latest victim, Sarah, is totally unaware of what exactly is going on when the two men take her from the trunk of their car and drag her to their bachelor pad.

Shit. After that trailer, I can see no reason to watch this. Its all right there in the ad. Also, the "torture porn" subgenre has run its course in my opinion.
I wish movies like this that have such good potential diddnt put cheesy gore in it(fake guts) if they took a more simple approach, the movie could have sucn a good intensity to it. ughh
