I'm not exactly sure why there's a poster, but below you'll find the official one sheet for the Tribeca Film Festival selection Tell-Tale, which stars Josh Lucas, Brian Cox, Lena Headey, Beatrice Miller, Ulrich Thomsen, Pablo Schreiber, Dallas Roberts, Jamie Harold, Tom Riis Farrell, Tom Kemp and Scott Winters. Inspired by the classic Edgar Allan Poe story "The Tell-Tale Heart," the contemporized adaptation directed by Michael Cuesta sees Lucas starring as a single father whose recently transplanted heart leads him on a frantic search to find the donor's killer before a similar fate befalls him.
Mr. Disgusting -- you're saying some weird things today. You start off the article by saying "I'm not exactly sure why there's a poster, but below you'll find the official one sheet".
What on earth does that mean? Why aren't you sure why there's a poster? Do you not think this movie deserves a poster but every other movie on the planet does?
I think he meant that as of now there are no official plans of distribution, and Posters are usually a marketing tool leading up to the release of a film.
Wasn't The Poe story about a beating heart driving the main character mad, that was buried under the boards of the house? Something about a murder...I don't know, it's been awhile. But this movie has NOTHING to do with the poem. Way to piggy back on a great name to offset your shitty movie.
