For those of you who missed out on the trailer when it was posted this summer, beyond the break you can check out the first footage from ZMD: Zombies of Mass Destruction, one of the "8 Films to Die For" in January's After Dark Horrorfest 4. The film joins Dread, The Graves, Hidden and Lake Mungo. Directed by Kevin Hamedani, life in a conservative small town is complicated enough for a young Iranian-American woman and a not-completely-out gay couple, but now they also have to deal with zombie hordes in this splatter-filled comedy. You can check it out in theaters January 29.
We're back to the slow-moving zombies? Really? Did Romero teach us nothing? I'd still like to see it, but come the hell on filmmakers. We know better by now!
