Universal Home Video has announced DVD and Blu-ray releases of A Perfect Getaway, which stars Milla Jovovich, Steve Zahn, and Timothy Olyphant. Each will be available to own on the 29th of December. Each will include theatrical (1 hour 38 minutes) and directors cut (1 hour 48 minutes) editions of the film. As far as we know, no extra material will be included on the DVD release. The Blu-ray release will include the Original Scripted Ending.

I cannot wait to see this movie! I missed it when it was at the theaters. Steve Zahn is becoming a more versatile actor and I love for it. I knew he would go far after I first saw him in "Out of Sight" with Mr. Clooney.

This was an excellent thriller. It's a shame a lot of people slammed it because a) They didn't understand the clever writing style or b) They were expecting some ultra violent slasher/violence flick.
Nothing great, but it was ok. Predictable as hell, but... Not a totally waste of time.
