I really hope he gets a funding for this. The premise the movie has just gets me hooked into it, and it's Kevin Smith plus horror...indie style...that's a win/win for me. I like how he still wants to do this film after so much trouble with it.

I think smiths best movies were mallrats and zack and miri that movie is epic. And him doing horror is cool. the premise is pretty exciting.

i love the saw 6 comment, ahahahahahah. kevin smith is great people who dont like his movies i dont hate because i can see why someone would hate his movies, they are not for everyone, but people who hate him i dont get at all because he is sooooo not hateable, lol

i love kevin smith, i wasn't a huge fan of Zach and Miri Make a Porno or Jersey Girl but other than that i have to say that i have enjoyed all of his movies, a horror movie by smith would be awesome, especially due to the fact that he has a knack for writing out realistic and likable characters, even if they can be dicks at times, and low-budget? i'm not one to judge a movie based on its budget but i think that it will make the movie to be low-budget, if its mean, dirty and gritty then hell yes count me in, fuck it, count me in no matter what haha.

I love me some Kevin Smith. He writes real characters (You know that all those long conversation scenes are the same exact ones you had with your friends at work, at the mall, at the bar, etc...) And I'm glad he wants to get to the nitty-gritty on this. And I also think it's awesome that he wants to expand away from his comedies, try something different, and I hope that he gets his funding because...Damnit if Smith didnt start a whole generation of film-makers after his release of Clerks. Search your heart, you know this to be true

I find it hard as well that he would have a hard time finding the bank for this film. Not only does he have a huge fan base, but underground horror has the fan base as well? Lets just hope we see it in this lifetime! Because I loves me some Kevin Smith!!!
