This Saturday the Screamfest Horror FIlm Festival will be hosting the west coast premiere of Lionsgate's Cabin Fever 2: Spring Fever, which takes place 5pm at the Mann Chinese 6 theaters in Hollywood, CA. Stars Noah Segan (The Brothers Bloom, Brick), Alexi Wasser (Factory Girl, “Dirt”), Giuseppe Andrews (Cabin Fever, 2001 Maniacs), Thomas Blake Jr. (The Passing) and Michael L. Nesbitt. (Mississippi Damned) will all be on hand, come by and see the show! In addition, beyond the break Bloody Disgusting scored your first ever look at some early art for the sequel to Eli Roth's groundbreaking indie film. No official word on a DVD release yet. In the sequel, the killer virus comes out of the woods and has a date at the high school prom.
I really liked the first one. I think by taking the story out of the woods it will lose some some of the qualities that I liked about the first one. But I am looking forward to in nonetheless.
O wow this movie is actually getting released. It might be good but since Eli Roth did not like the movie im sure its just your typical straight-to-dvd ripoff of a original movie.
The first one was one of the worst films ever made, why in the hell would anyone watch this one?!?! Although, it is at least a bit more intriguing since Eli Roth is not a part of it, thank God!
the fact that the studio hated the directors cut , sacked him and re shot over 40% tells you all you need to know.At Fright Fest the director Ti West said he was as interested to see it as we were !!! as he had no idea what the movie was like anymore....
he tried to get his name taken off it too apparently
The first film had little to stand on .. bits and pieces made it watchable but not memorable. They should have directed it towards the little PANCAKES kid and took it from there. .... Don't see to much positive coming from this film, i think it has died a slow death during the long wait for a sequel.
i thought the first sucked and ths allready looks to be more of the same
