unfortunately WRONG TURN 3 is AWFUL. it leaked a couple of weeks ago and having seen it, it is SO bad it's perplexing. there is no (contrary to the press release) "family" of cannibals. there is 1 (3 Finger) and his son(?) for about 10 minutes. the story is %75 if not more, about the prisoners and their infighting over found money. TERRIBLE (as seen in the clip above) CGI kills. horrible green screen backgrounds when they are using vehicles/driving (think of the movies from the 50's where it's obviously a car in a studio in front of a bad background screen). bad acting, etc, etc. i was SO bummed that this was bad. i LOVE the 1st movie and like the 2nd... but the 3rd...

the trip wire thing was pretty retarded.. I prefer seeing Henry Rollins kick ass in the second out of anything

I can't wait for part 3!! That tripwire kill is cool. The CGI is bad. At least you can see the body on the ground. Looks like fun.

Dudeofthedead, i await what you think of the movie after you've seen the whole thing. maybe you will like it. but having seen it i can say, in my opinion it is AWFUL. such a letdown.

I hope it's not that bad. I've seen lot's of really, really bad horror movies. I wasn't expecting much from part 2. I expect much less from this one. As long as there is more gore like that tripwire kill, I'm good.

DudeoftheDead, the sad thing is that there really isn't a ton of kills in this. a bunch of the deaths happen between the prisoners. i kid you not, most of the movie is about the prisoners. and it totally sucks that there is ONLY 3 Finger (cannibal-wise).

djblack1313 is 100% correct. I too saw this movie and it was absolutely horrendous... I personally loved the first two movies but this was REALLY bad. The script was pretty much the worse script I've seen put into action in my life - the acting made me want to KILL each and every character myself and even most of the death scenes were REALLY BAD CGI. And this is coming from a fan of cheesy b-horror movies... but WT3 was simply unwatchable.

"Wrong Turn 3" is surprisingly TERRIBLE. I was a HUGE fan of the first 2. The first was serious, and the second was cheesy fun. The third is neither. The cut in three, and face scraped off deaths are the only good parts of the film. And even they look like shit. Although, the "cut in three" death is probably better than 75% of the deaths in "The Final Destination". The acting in the third is terrible, the characters are very unlikeable (Written that way), the film is completely shot in the dark so it's hard to tell what's going on most of the time, and it's very unbelievable that an entire group of prisoners couldn't kill Three Finger. Wait, they beat the shit out of him, stabbed him a million times, but he's still moving! How realistic. As stated in another comment, the film is 90% talking. The movie starts off decent (with terrible acting), but quickly goes downhill. This is one movie I won't be adding to my collection. Not even when it's in the $5 bin at Wal-mart.

Agree about Wrong Turn 3. Beyond horrible. I'll write a (spoilery) review on the official release date, which will include a description of 20 seconds of the movie that contain more idiocy than the whole of most bad B-movies. If you liked the first, the second, or both, you will despise part 3. Atrocious acting, bipolar characters (in that the writer had no idea that characters are supposed to have a somewhat consistent personality), AWFUL cgi gore, and characters so stupid they wouldn't be able to survive crossing the street, let alone dealing with a dumbed-down, lonely Three Fingers.

watched it last weekend and I thought it was ok for a cheesy horror movie with some decent kills. Like it or not the second was just as bad in my opinion. worth a watch. Just wondering why 3 fingers can't die when the other inbreds all died in previous ones. Bring on the 4th one!!!!!

Ummm..why is the CHASE SCENE deemed as a "KILL" scene??? C'mon, huh! THE kill scene in that film (first film) is when the girl is in the tree and 3 Finger takes an axe and cuts her body off the rest of he from the jawline down.

Truly one of the worst films I've seen this year. I LOVED the first two films, but this was absolutely horrible. EVERYTHING about this movie said SyFy channel. Horrible, horrible movie and a disgrace to the franchise. DO NOT buy it.

Agree with above comments. I loved the first 2 films. This 3rd film was awful. Terrible script, acting, and abundant use of crappy CGI. It's not worth your time.
