Well if you're the only one demanding it then of course they aren't in a hurry to bring it to your area :P. My area has only 10 people demanding it. I'm not worried though because it will eventually open wide anyway.

Bunch of assholes. This movie paid to have BD make a quote to help "sell" the horror. Stop giving into the hype. Its bullshit. Remember this site also loved MIRRIORS. And we all know how fucked that movie was.

Just saw it in detroit. Scariest movie of all time. Such a good experience.

I like the fucking chump in the last video wearing sunglasses in the theater. What a douche nozzle.

Now if only I could see the fucking movie. Ugh.

Don't bother watching the Tucson, AZ video. All it shows is the the people walking into the theater and making comments BEFORE the movie begins. Lats time I checked, it is not considered a "reaction" if it happens before the fact.

I can appreciate hyping a smaller flick but I have to agreee with those who say this is starting to sound like BDs been paid to stand up on a milk crate and yell at the top of their lungs about this over and over just to get attention. I'm sure the film is good but saying it's the new messiah of horror is a little much. Films need to be digested and analyzed over a longer period of time (years even) before you can give it the status BD is claiming this film deserves. Jump on the bandwagon and yell along with them if you must; I prefer to see it for myself with an open mind. Try it out for once everyone: you may enjoy it.

Why do people keep calling this the scariest movie of all time? When I finally actually do see this, I'm going to be so disappointed because of the hype. Still can't wait to see it though. Release it wide already!

ZombiePaul I'll repeat this again for you. When I get "paid off" I'll be moving to an island where I don't have to respond to idiotic comments. I love it, no matter what film I get behind, it's because I'm "paid off". Ignore the fact that the movie is good, I must have been compromised. Idiots.

One more thing I got to know.... other websites that are hit whoring by covering every single piece of Twilight news, do you think they're being paid off? What does it say about us that I've stepped back and stopped covering it? I'm trying to give you what you want, simple as that.

MrDisgusting: I mearly stated it sounded that way due to how overhyped this seems to be getting. I believe this can harm your enjoyment of some films due to larger than life expectations. In no way shape or form did I accuse you personally (and should have said BD.com, as "BD" was not intended as a personal attack). I was just stating that sometimes too much talk can be negative. Again, calling my post "idiotic" is an interesting counter-point. I did not mean it as a personal attack and if you choose to take it that way that is your call. Again, chill out, I was stating an opinion.

Don't know if anyone else is watching Paranormal Activity on Facebook, but they're going to wide release if they reach 1,000,000 demands. We're at 352,000 give or take some.

Oops. Shows you how good I read the articles XD. I totally skipped over the last sentence.

I don't think BD was "paid off" for this, but the whole thing just reeks of publicity stunt on Paramount's behalf (the convenient video clips are partial proof of this). Why should an audience have to "DEMAND" to see an already filmed movie??? It's a proven fact that many people want even more what they're told they can't have...the studio knows exactly what they are doing. I'd love to see this movie because I enjoy paranormal themed stories anyways, but this whole thing is just silly.

I saw this movie twice already in one day. The first time I saw it I didn't want to turn my light off! It creeped me out bad. I'm a big horror movie fan and this got under my skin. They weren't lying when they said it would change you in some sort of way. Awesome movie!!!!!!!!

This movie looks sooo hyped up/exaggerated to the point where i'm like, OK is it really that scary? i mean, how "terrifying" can it be. with that said, I still would like to see it.

Did you edit this? Or was this pre-edited by paramount PR? Because I totally gave bloody-disgusting and our own horrorfilmmag.com a plug in the atlanta interview.
