So far, so good. Much more bad-ass Perseus. Now, if they don't fuck up the monster FX (like the Kracken), then everything should fit together. Hell, the story is already told. *fingers crossed*

I loved Beastmaster as a kid. I tried to watch it a year ago and it was god fucking awful. No redeeming qualities, save for unintentional comedy. I can't even believe Don Coscarelli made that shit. Clash of the Titans, however, still holds up. I'm still down for an update on it, though.

i can't wait to see what MEDUSA looks like. she's THE scariest thing ever and i can't wait to see this movie's take on her. and Sam W is HOT!!

Ahh, the winged demon things were pretty awesome. But their short amount of time in the movie didn't save the rest of the crapfest you had to sit through.

I'm interested in seeing what the Kraken will look like. Will it be an original looking beast, like seen in the classic movie...or just another giant squid/octopus thing like it's usually portrayed as? I would LOVE to see an updated version of the 80's monster, that thing was awesome. Loving the new witches!

We just reviewed the original for a podcast I'm on and I was reminded how awesome it was. Leave well enough alone, I say. From the looks of the stills, this remake will be more action and not enough substance.

I know how the story goes, but it's sad that Hollywood continues to depict witches as wretched hags. As far as we've come, it seems that we still have a long way to go before prejudice stereotypes are left in the past. I liked Clash of the Titans. If done well, I hope this will be a worthy remake.

The original Medusa is one of the scariest creatures I've ever seen on film. They better not screw her up in this remake.

Clash of the Titans is one of my favorite movies as a child. I'm so happy it is being remade! Can't wait for this.

I forgot to mention that I saw the original in the theater, so I have some emotional investment in the subject matter. But did anyone else notice how the subject title sounded like Medusa was hiding in Perseus' nut-sack?

I know it won't happen, but I really don't want to see Medusa until I actually see the movie.

So far those pictures look pretty promising. It definetly has a darker look than the original.

I'd rather watch a remake that looks like it took place in Greece and not Rome? seriously, try a little harder with the costuming guys....you are not remaking Caligula....
