Before arriving on DVD October 6th from Anchor Bay Entertainment, killer kids stalk a bickering couple who are stranded in an Iowa town in SyFy's made-for-TV remake of Children of the Corn, which stars Kandyse McClure and David Anders. HAHA, from the corn fields of Iowa is where it was really filmed. Watch out for the end of the movie the kid filmed at the end is my friends son shaun... The director pulled so many kids from the QC and put them in the film.. I am excited to see all the home town kids(extra's) in this movie!!
The original was no classic so not sure how much worse this could be. Aren't they remaking it for the theatres as well? Perhaps that one will be better.
Looks like another star of the West Wing is starring in another crappy Stephen King remake. Whereas Isaac looked creepy in the original, this kid just looks silly, especially in that enormous hat.
As much as I enjoy David Anders as eyecandy and as an actor, I never liked the original movie...no offense to Mr. King's creation, because I'm sure the book is so much better. Sorry Dave! Check ya next time!!
