Yeah, the only thing to discern from these pictures is that Hoffman setup Timothy up in his trap, which we could've concluded from Strahm's original observation that Amanda was too small to get some of these people in their traps. The second one doesn't say much at all.
The first picture looks just..so amazingly colored and just..freaking awesome. Wow, lol. And look at poor Timothy from Saw III in the wheel barrow, so cool.
