djblack1313 - maybe i'll write one on the user reviews page. but until i have the time for that. here's the idea. if you liked the first you'll definitely dig this one. same dark, chaotic, and claustrophobic aesthetic as the first one. the 2 movies fit together like puzzle pieces, it's great. they'll be awesome to watch back to back. as you know, the synopsis is that a swat team enters the building 15 mins after the end of the first movie. they have cameras mounted to their helmets and there's a camera swat guy too...so there are more available camera angles and it works out well for sure. they also manage to keep the story arc surprising and interesting. in fact, they expand on the story very nicely to make the whole ordeal even more nightmarish and fucked up.
all in all, i can't quite say that i liked it quite as much as the first (i thought the ending of the first was one of the scariest things ever) but it was definitely a great movie (all the papers here in toronto were giving it better reviews than most film festival movies..not only the midnight madness movies either). my only real criticism? spanish people yell too much...oh my nerves.
