My Bloody Valentine: Special Edition Synopsis: On Valentine's Day 20 years before, an explosion of methane gas took the lives of a group of coal miners working in the Hanniger Mine near the small town of Valentine Bluffs. The accident occurred because supervisors left their posts to attend the annual Valentine's Day dance. A year later, Harry Warden, the only survivor of the accident, retaliated by killing the two supervisors and leaving a terrifying warning never to hold another Valentine's Day dance. After two decades have passed, despite warnings, a group of young adults start preparations for another dance. When a blood-soaked heart arrives at the police station, accompanied by an ominous message, the dance is canceled. However, a Valentine party is held in its place at the coal mine and it isn't long before people begin dying violently. It appears Warden has returned to punish those who did not heed his warning. The Blu-ray Disc is presented in 1080P High Definition 16x9 Widescreen and 5.1 DTS-HD Master Audio. Blu-ray Disc special features include the featurette "Bloodlust: My Bloody Valentine and the Rise of the Slasher Film," "Bloodlines: An interactive Horror Film History" and deleted footage.
theyre not going to be on reg dvd with the special features? ok, must be nice for people who can afford to pay for a blueray player. that sucks.....wow its been twenty years for cujo holy crap man! man i am getting old lol
Yeah i agree should be available in October, that would be great to have these blu-rays before Halloween, either way I'll be picking up most of these on 11-24 cant wait. and also just to note, cujo the film was released in July/august 1983 and the novel was released in october 1981, my birth year and close to my birth date, awesome. so anyway this year 2009 would make it 26 years ago, 25th anniversary BR DVD is a year late just to point out, i also say WOW, how fast time fucking fly's by.
ANGEL HEART...great, great film. They must release the UNRATED version of this film where the sex scene between Harry Angel and Epiphany is much more bloody than the R-rated version.
Hey fellow horror nuts! I recently purchased the two main vans used in RZ's Halloween 2 from a prop auction. I bought the white coroners van that Michael Myers' body was put in on the way to the morgue in the beginning of the movie. I also bought the black "shaggin wagon." I am going to be listing both on ebay within a few weeks but thought to give real fans a heads up first. If ur seriously interested in details email me @ tamerhassan6603@yahoo.com
