Why cant Hollywood do it right?...they need to take note from movies like Inside, Martyrs, High Tension and Rec...Hollywood Films are way too flashy and stylistic and the camera is all over the place and frantic, they use music that isn't effective at all(Inside is amazing when it comes to this, as well as High Tension and Martyrs), and the actors are usually gorgeouse bimbos who scream their asses off and arent believeable. I think another thing too, is that because thes are uero films in a different laungage, for some reason for me it makes it even more believable...I dont know how to explain it, it just adds to the awesomeness.

Inside is my favorite french horror film, followed by Martyrs(the second half totaly disturbed me to the tee' after seeing it i felt so..shocked, disturbed and for days i couldn't get it out of my head' Anyways, there's this one scene in Inside, where the lead see's a the Protagonist outside the window, while the protagonist is hidden sort of by the darkness and after smashing the window there's this crack that forms, ot only is it freaky-artsy and creepy visually, but the music they use in that seen is amazing, it reaks of amtosphere. it's haunting and totaly effective.
