With the premiere only weeks away, the official George A. Romero MySpace has uploaded a new behind-the-scenes video for Survival of the Dead that features star Alan Van Sprang as Sarge. In addition, we got our hands on a bunch of new images, all that can be found by reading beyond the break. The film is set to premiere at the Midnight Madness portion of TIFF in September.

The zombies just look terrible...What's the deal? Romero should go back to how they looked in Day of the dead...Or actually just good. They look like people with shitty zombie makeup thrown on their faces while wearing contacts....

another Romero zombie movie? he should have left em back in 85.

WHOA time out this looks waaaay better than expected. Diary was a BIT of a letdown for me... but I still dug it. Survival so far is looking AWESOME. Definitely one of my most anticipated.

It would be awesome if he made the film look and feel like it came out of the 80's...Day of the dead has such amazing atmosphere, music and perfermances...None of his films past that have lived up. Land was mediocre, but i really hated the use of CG and it felt gimmicky at times. Diary was aweful, and this just looks 'ok' still iterested though

Land had some decent looking zombies...Especially that one in the corner store that bit a chunk out of that guys arm. BUT that Gas Station worker zombies(i cant believe i forgot his name) was horrible...not only looking and sounding, but he even had his own LAME theme song.lol its as if you were supposed to feel his pain, but it came off pretty damn cheesy...I bet if he wasn't in it, the move may of been a bit better

Terrible? Give me these zombies any day over the cheesy blue zombies from original Dawn & Day.

that the thing about Land zombies most of the attacking happened during the night but during the day they looked like these zombies. No Zombie in full light looks good and I judge off full movie. Romero is going back to his routes of very basic make up that is inexpesive and you got to remember the original Night Zombies weren't even that good but the STORY beat out everything bad about it pretty much. Big Daddy(this was before bioshock) was the lead Zombie in Land
