This absolutely sucks. I was looking forward to seeing Shutter Island and now we have to wait until February. First off, there was zero competition on October 2nd. Second, this is a Scorscece film, so how can it be bad? (Usually a film pushed back means it sucks). Lastly, what about any chances the film had at Oscars. This is officially the worst news article I've heard yet. Very disappointed.

AH! I hadn't even thought about the oscars. Oh well... I guess it leaves more room for Inglourious Basterds to get a best picture nomination and a best director nomination and a best supporting actor (Waltz) nomination.
