Seriously, how many times have you heard this plot: man kills girl, girls ghost helps cop find killer? Well, that's the basic rundown of Little Murder, a new indie thriller from director Peter "Gaga" Antonijevic that will star Josh Lucas (Tell Tale), Terrence Howard (Awake, Iron Man)and Lake Bell. Little Murder, penned by Gerald Di Pego (The Forgotten, Phenomenon), is set in the wake of Hurricane Katrina and centers on a disgraced detective (Lucas) who gets an unexpected shot at redemption when the ghost of a beautiful cellist solicits his help in finding her killer. Shooting begins next week in New Orleans.
How many times have we heard this "bland" plot: A killer stalks a group of sex-addled teens. One girl survives to face off against the murderer.
Let's not judge too quickly, Mr. Disgusting. It's all in the writing and execution.
The only thing good that Josh Lucas did is when he fucked Jonathan Tucker in 'The Deep End', that's it.
