Maggie Grace (The Fog, Taken, "Lost") will costar with Adrien Brody and Forest Whitaker in The Experiment, a remake of Das Experiment directed by Oliver Hirschbiegel, which centered on a group of ordinary men recruited to take on the roles of guards and prisoners as part of a research study and examined how the effects of assigned roles, power and control affected the participants. I highly recommend checking out the original film as it's truly shocking, especially because it's based on a true story. Who knows how vicious and brutal Paul Scheuring's remake will be, but either way it's something to keep an eye on.
I really loved the original version of "The Experiment". In my opinion it´s the best German film I´ve ever seen. Hopefully the remake is just as enjoyable.
