It has been a year since Fabrice Du Welz's Vinyan had its world premiere at the Toronto International Film Festival. We caught up with Welz, who also directed the popular french horror film Calvaire, who revealed what's next on his plate. "Well, I'm working on a war movie," he tells B-D exclusively. "Modern War. With scary and twisted elements. We just finished the script this summer and start a preproduction this Autumn. We hope to shoot in Springtime," adding a teaser about the plot. "It's a story of a commando UK platoon who has a special mission in a small Afghan village lost in the moutains. When they go there, everything goes wrong and turns bad."
