Two hours later she posted a link to the IMDB page for Robert Rodriguez's Machete, which also features Danny Trejo, Michelle Rodriguez, Jonah Hill, Robert De Niro and even 80's action star Steven Seagal as cast. Obviously we'll wait for some official confirmation, but it looks like Rodriguez is keeping the grindhouse appeal with the feature film version of his faux trailer. Ethan Maniquis will co-direct the film that follows Machete, a Mexican ex-Federale with a gift for wielding a blade, who hides out as a day laborer, who is double-crossed by a corrupt state senator.

As usual most of you don't get it. This is a Grindhouse movie and casting Lohan in it is pure genuis. This is supposed to be a film you would see as a co-feature at the drive-ins of old. Also, most of you are a bunch of misogynistic assholes.
This is awesome casting, and very clever really when you think about it. steven seagal is awesome and a legend I would give my soul for this to be true.
Lindsay Lohan? Really? All the others are fine cause it's going to be a blast of a cheesy movie. But her? Seriously, she better just be there to get naked or something.
