The trailer is now available below! The first addition to After Dark Horrorfest 4 was announced today by After Dark Films’ CEO Courtney Solomon. It's now official that the After Dark Horrorfest will take place January 29, 2010. The new title joining the 8 Films to Die For lineup is The Graves, written and directed by Brian Pulido. Pulido, a well known comic book writer and creator of such titles as Lady Death and Evil Ernie, makes his feature directorial debut on the film. The films stars Clare Grant, Jillian Murray, Bill Moseley, Lamb of God singer D. Randall Blythe and Tony Todd. Brian Ronalds and Dean Ronalds of Ronalds Brothers Productions and Francisca Pulido of Mischief Maker Studios produced. Adam Goldfine is the Director of Photography. Dana Lambert, VP of Acquisitions at After Dark Films brokered the deal with Ted Chalmers of Moving Pictures Film & TV who represented the filmmakers in the negotiations.
In The Graves, two inseparable sisters, Megan and Abby Graves, are taking one last wild road trip before Megan has to start a new job. The journey includes a trip through remote Arizona in search of a kitchy roadside attraction. Instead, Megan and Abby happen on Skull City Mine, a weather-beaten, abandoned mine town converted into a self-guided tour. What seems like a fun day in the sun turns into a mind-bending fight for survival against menaces both human and supernatural.

After Dark Horrorfest 4 runs for one week in theatres across the United States from January 29nd – February 5th, making it the largest nationwide film festival.
Extremely interested to see what this will turn out like, I mean Brian Pulido's name jumped out at me from this post. He was one of the more interesting comic book people out there back in the 90's when comics ruled the world. This poster is hokier than shit, but I wanna see if Brian has the ability to put some good ideas on film. He did give us Lady Death, after all...
great some more lame ass horrorfest out of all of them there r maybe 2 or 3 tops that r even half way good. that being said ill probally watch all of these 2 lol
this is a really bad poster :-( it makes me nervous y not pick up some films like ricky 6, rahtree, automan transfusion 2, bad love, coffin, tormented and throwing some classic horror movie screenings in wouldn't hurt lesser known films like humongous, unseen that need new exposure
truchainsaw28 the whole point of the fest is to showcase NEW films that normally would have been direct to video and never seen again. I wish Nightmare Man went that way though. Anyway it looks decent but this last year I watched 7 and only 4 were good, or at least good enough to buy. (Autopsy, From Within, Perkins' 14, and Voices)
I don't understand why they rarely release anything good. There are some horror gems out there that don't have distributors. Ghost House Underground has better quality films.
Can't say I'm too thrilled, After Dark Horror Fest usually does really crap horror films! Apart from Frontiere(s) of course!
