Paramount Home Entertainment has revealed artwork for "Harper's Island", which stars Jim Beaver, and Adam Campbell. This CBS series will be available to own from the 8th September, and should retail at around $42.99. According to our friends at TVShowsOnDVD.com, extras will include audio commentaries from cast and crew, deleted scenes, featurettes, and more. A horror-inspired drama, this CBS series is about a group of friends and family who meet to celebrate a wedding on an island just outside Seattle, an island that is famous for a streak of unsolved murders seven years ago. Suspense ensues when they end up dead one by one; has the killer returned or is someone else to blame?
There's gotta be a Blu-Ray Dvd as well, they probably just haven't announced it yet. It'd be stupid of them not to release it. Anyways, excited for this...watched the series now I want to see how much extra gore they shot.
I felt a little cheated with the ending. They could have done something a little less cliche. Too bad the DVD edition isn't unrated, cos that would be bad ass
Yea.. The ending made me screaming too... But not on the inside... I kind of felt bad for Henry just because he really loved her and in his head, he was keeping his promise to her...
Will definately be picking this one up. This is one of the best horror series since Supernatural. (I don't think it's a coincidence that the 2 series share some actors.)
