Seriously - the premise of the movie? How much worse can the world be right now?

hey everyone!i'm new here, and i'm french. i've already seen the movie a month ago, and i can tell it worth it, i mean i really liked it. really disturbing, and a bit...unexpected. i'm surprised that "antichrist" comes out in theaters really late in US!

Who the hell is this imbecile director Lars Von Trier?! Why the hell would he name this shitty movie Antichrist?! He seems to be quite miserable and hates his life to make such a stupid ass movie. It should have been called LAME-O STINKO.

The publicity for this film REALLY is vague. How about a decent synopsis of the flick, "flippant"? Do they really think they can get people into the theaters by showing Dafoe's ass pumping? It's really pathetic when studios push sex scenes to sell tickets. Of course, many an "Art Flick" has done just that! Too many people have given it a "Thumbs up" for me to dismiss...I'm just talking about the "Publicity Campaign". As far as actual sex being done in non-pornographic films...there's been "Don't Look Now", "Betty Blue","Pink Flamingos", "Spun" and a few others. All I want to know is... What's the plot of this fucking movie!!

Biohazard, i guess i didn't mind about the plot when i've been to cinema to see the movie, it's a Lars Von Trier movie, then i was just expecting a weird one, and....that was exactly what i saw, but with extreme graphic images, and good actors, and i can say that the story is interesting.. in France, there was no promotion for this movie,except the Cannes Festival, and the fact that the actress Charlotte Gainsbourg is quite famous here... you'll probably have the plot when the film comes out..sorry that i didn't understand everything you've said, and i'm probably not clear with my bad english
