Not much different than the poster we debuted a few months ago, today Summit Entertainment released the official one sheet for Sorority Row that features six sexy sorority sisters sworn in for life... and death. Opening on September 11, the film stars Briana Evigan, Leah Pipes, Rumer Willis, Jamie Chung, Audrina Patridge, Carrie Fisher and more. Directed by Stewart Hendler, when five sorority girls inadvertently cause the murder of one of their sisters in a prank gone wrong, they agree to keep the matter to themselves and never speak of it again, so they can get on with their lives. This proves easier said than done, when after graduation a mysterious killer goes after the five of them and anyone who knows their secret...
$10 bucks says most of the deaths are either done in a flash, or off-screen, despite the R rating. After the colossal disappointment of the F13 remake and Zombie's Halloween remake, I have zero hope for a good slasher flick anymore.
Advice to Producers: Screw the plot, and give us gore! I stopped giving a damn about the victims after F13 Part 3!
Yeah, just not diggin it. Looks very WB-ish teen reality kinda crap. I will say, if they were naked, the pose would be great for a porn movie. How bout" Sorority Blow" !!!
The poster sucks, but I kinda dug the trailer. Then, at the end, when they showed the R rating? I had to stop and look around, making sure I wasn't asleep. Can't wait for this one, goofy-looking tire iron/instrument of death notwithstanding.
This makes the one sheet for "Under The Mountain" look amazing. The target audience only care about the fact that it has hot chicks in it so with that in mind it's a successful poster.
That poster is just bad. The movie will probably be pretty good, and fun, but the poster is dreadful. NEW POSTER, PLEASE! This is not a good way to promote the film.
FUCKING AWFUL poster! The image of the girls makes it look like straight to DVD crap.
