Below you'll find a red-band clip from the forthcoming DVD release of Uwe Boll's Tunnel Rats, which stars Michael Paré. In this no-holds-barred, action-packed portrayal of the Vietnam War, a special US combat unit is on a mission to hunt down Viet Cong soldiers in the endless tunnels beneath the jungles of Vietnam. The film is now available on DVD from Vivendi Entertainment.
Dont ask me why but I like Uwe Boll films. Yeah I know. Postal was right up his alley - should do more like that. Ill check this out when the time comes - I have no prejudice against Boll - but yeah - what producer is he sleeping with?
I could not sit though another Boll movie if I tried. I find his directing style really boring and his movies always look cheap (despite having a decent budget on all of them).
Basically funds his own movies, exploits tax breaks, then international sales from one pretty much fund the next. So to answer your question as to who funds his movies in an obvious but precise manner, we do.
Over-acting at it's worst. And was that a paint-ball gun?
I think Germany needs to rethink their film tax laws, knowing that they have Boll in their employ.
I was introduced to uwe accidentally through seed. God damn netflix instant DL has a bad horror selection. What can I say, i get desparate. Uwe Boll is basically doing for horror movies what crack cocaine did to the ghetto.
Rented this. Terrible. Incredibly boring at first before becoming an overacting showcase. Had potential as the plot is okay but of course, Boll screwed it up.
I loved Postal. The rest of Boll's films suck major ass. Hell, I wouldn't have even believed that Boll directed Postal but he did have a small (and hilarious) cameo in it. It goes to show that even a blind horse can find water at least once. That Tunnel Rats clip in fucking ridiculous.
