The wait is finally over for Peter and Michael Spierig's follow up to Undead (has it really been four years already?) as their vampire horror flick Daybreakers is finally arriving in theaters January 8, 2010. To help solidify the release, Lionsgate has unveilved the teaser one sheet for the film starring Ethan Hawke, Sam Neill, Willem Dafoe, Claudia Karvan, Michael Dorman, Vince Colosimo. What do you guys think of it? It is 2016, and it has been 10 years since the plague transformed ordinary people into Vampires dependent on human blood for survival. As the human race nears extinction and the Vampire population grows desperate for blood, a group of rebel Vampires battle military forces to save the last vestiges of humanity.
anyone looking for a serious flick didn't see Undead period...didn't you're mother teach you not to judge a book by it's cover...don't judge a movie by a poster.... this will be reasonably good and possibly great...can't wait for trailer... Hawke, Neill, and Defoe God Damn right I'm in
i agree w/ appleOFdiscord. DEFINITELY a hybrid of 28 DAYS LATER & 30 DAYS OF NIGHT (which is fine with me....i LOVE them BOTH!). i'm looking forward to seeing this.
Never heard of this movie, but I don't hate this poster... okay it's pretty simple and it looks a lot like 30 days of night, but it,s nice... i hope they're going to make another one thought
Undead had its moments. Not terrible but by the end a lot of WTF?
The poster is boring, bland and uncreative. But, it's just a teaser and bright colors attract even the most simple of minds. Just a boring tease.
What a waste of talent. Why would actors congregate to a Spierig film? Undead was farcical slap in the face to zombie films and their real fans. Leave the comedy out of this one, will ya bros? Aint nothing funny coming out of your films.
Probably definitely going to see this one. And I like the poster...it's not amazing, but I think it definitely stands out from the norm. And I'm a professional Graphic Designer so I should know.
