Cinemavault has closed key sales on the horror film Poker Run directed by Julian Higgins. The Toronto-based company has licensed US pay-TV rights to Showtime while US DVD rights have gone to Phase 4 Films. Styled in the vein of The Hitcher and Duel, Poker Run tells of two suburban couples who dtake a trip on a set of Harley Davidson motorcycles and unknowingly befriend a pair of psychopathic bikers. Bertie Higgins produced. Cinemavault will release the DVD in Canada in September in partnership with Vivendi, following the premiere at the Rue Morgue Festival Of Fear. Watch the trailer below.
looks like it will be fun to watch! which is the most important thing I look for in a film. the story has been told before but so has every story out there.
