Good freaking lord - I thought we've grow past the rediculous days of fearing an R rating! I received an email from David Shipley over at Planet AvP who did a little detective work and found out through Empire Online that producer Thomas Hammel told them, "We want a PG-13. It's horror, it's thrills, it's gore, but it's not blood splattering on the walls. Ratings have changed. I'm not sure Alien would be an 18 now." Bad new? I guess I'll leave that up to you guys to decide. Alien vs Predator hits theaters August 13th.
